We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn complex ideas into simple, beautiful products. What you’ll do Design end-to-end user flows for core MVP features (onboarding, key tasks, settings, etc.). Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes (primarily in Figma). Establish lightweight design system foundations (components, spacing, typography, states). Collaborate closely with the founder/PM and engineers to ship quickly. Run rapid user feedback cycles and iterate based on usage and learnings. Ensure usability, accessibility basics, and consistent UX across the product. What we’re looking for 2+ years designing digital products (SaaS/B2B experience preferred). Strong portfolio showing shipped work and clear decision-making. Proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, variants). Practical UX skills: IA, task flows, interaction design, and heuristics. Comfortable with ambiguity and MVP constraints; bias toward execution. Strong communication and ability to defend design tradeoffs. Nice to have Experience designing data-heavy B2B UIs (tables, forms, dashboards). Basic HTML/CSS understanding for smoother dev handoff. Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation. Deliverables you’ll own User journeys, wireframes, prototypes, UI specs, and reusable components. Clear handoff artifacts for engineering (states, edge cases, responsive behavior).
